Nathan Kinch shares his thoughts on what AlphaZetta does for him – he values the ability to immediately tap into a global network of people whose values are aligned and therefore ethics really matters to them.

Nathan tells us about his company, Greater than X, which works at the complex intersection of ethics, privacy and design. Organisational design, behaviour design, product and service design. He helps companies understand how they can start utilising their data more effectively to get closer to their customers and earn trust the right way.

Nathan also talks about his favourite project, with Volt Bank in Australia, where trust in the financial services sector is at an all-time low. In this project, he’s working with Volt to reshape the way that people engage with financial services, giving them a service that they deserve, that respects their privacy.
